Clients often share that with me, they don’t just receive therapy—they gain a thoughtful ally who supports meaningful change with steadiness, curiosity, and care.
Effective therapy isn’t prescriptive—it’s not a rigid formula, a quick fix, or just about learning a few coping skills. It’s a collaborative process where we explore your motivations, values, and aspirations to cultivate meaning and momentum rooted in what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll thoughtfully shape a path forward and craft a life that is aligned with your passions, principles, and sense of purpose.
We will address relational challenges and past harm with personalized practical tools that support safety and growth. We will shift limiting beliefs, interrupt intrusive thoughts, and soften habits of disconnection or self-blame. We will create tools supporting emotional clarity, behavioral change, and compassionate internal dialogue.
I work from a postmodern lens. I believe therapy is relational and deeply human. A key part of our work will be recognizing how systems of power and oppression shape our inner lives. We’ll look at how social and cultural dynamics have impacted your beliefs, emotions, and relationships with yourself and others. We will face your defenses and silence your inner critique. Rather than pathologizing your experiences, we’ll approach them with care, context, and respect.
If you’ve ever been made to feel like “too much” or “not enough” in a world that quickly labels and separates, you’ve found a therapy home that welcomes all of you.
While I welcome anyone who feels called to sit together, my approach resonates most with:
